All products listed as "in stock" are to be shipped from Sonic Nuance Electronics, LLC (SNE) within three to five business days of the order. If for any reason this time frame cannot be honored, SNE will inform the customer immediately via email and/or phone with an explanation and an option to cancel the order. Out of stock items may be reserved and payment will not be processed until the product is ready for assembly.
Orders are shipped by United States Postal Service. Shipping charges will be prepaid & added to the cost of your order in the shopping cart at time of checkout.

You may see a postage amount listed on your package that differs from the amounts above. Regardless of the postage written on your package, you will only be charged the amount listed in the table above.
Please ensure that you have provided the correct shipping details at the time of check out. Any mistakes with shipping address details are the buyer's responsibility. Sonic Nuance Electronics cannot retrieve any mistaken shipments and/or change the destination. If packages are lost due to seller error, the seller is responsible for the replacement and shipping costs associated with shipping items. If the package(s) are returned due to an error on the buyers part, shipping fees will have to be paid before items can be shipped again.
Sonic Nuance Electronics makes every effort in shipping your order(s) on a "soon as possible" basis. We understand the importance of you order, and your needs are important to us. If you placed an order for items that are not in-stock we will contact you with expected date of when your ordered items will be available to ship. Once your package is in transit, we will e-mail a detailed confirmation of your order which includes order total, shipping amount, and tracking information.
Shipping descriptions like "Next Day", "3 - 5 days", etc. are used to denote service levels and do not guarantee when you will receive your order. They represent time in transit after an item has been shipped. The delivery times are based upon item availability and shipping to urban areas within the continental US (48 states). Delivery to rural areas, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO/FPO and international addresses may take longer.
Sonic Nuance Electronics, LLC (referred to as SNE) warrants all cable products for lifetime** and all direct box products for three (3) years to the original purchaser. SNE will repair or at its discretion, replace without charge any product that proves to be defective in materials or workmanship within the warranty period.
Warranty Exceptions: Warranty does not cover defects that are the result of an accident, misuse, and contact with solvent chemicals or malfunction caused by other audio equipment. This warranty excludes all incidental or consequential damages (such as scratches and scuff marks on products). SNE is not responsible for damage that is caused by user abuse or by the product being used for what is not intended, such as a doorstop, jump rope, etc. This warranty is VOID if the product is tampered with (this includes disassembly and modifications). Warranty does NOT apply to any product that has been self-repaired in any way. Certain states prohibit the exclusion or limitation of consequential damages so the above limitation may not apply in some cases.
SNE reserves the right to make changes in design or make additions to or improvement upon any product without any obligation to install the same on products previously manufactured.
A replacement or repaired product will be returned to the purchaser at SNE's expense when deemed appropriate. This warranty provides specific rights: The purchaser may also have other legal rights that change from state to state.

**Lifetime refers to either the lifetime of the original owner or that of SNE LLC (whichever ends first) and is non transferrable. Cable wrap will wear out over continued use and is therefore not covered under warranty.
Trial & Return Policy
Try our products* for ten (10) days from receiving date at your shipping address.
If within 10 days after delivery the purchaser decides for any reason to return the product, Sonic Nuance Electronics (SNE) will refund the purchase price of the product subject to the following conditions: the returned product is in new condition; the instructions in"Return Instructions"are followed; refunds will issued to the purchaser by the original payment method by SNE when the product arrives at SNE; and refunds do not include shipping and handling.
*This trial policy does not extend to the EL-SNAKE product as it is made to order to customer requirements. For the EL-SNAKE, all sales are final.
Contact SNE via email or phone to obtain a return to manufacturer authorization number.Do not send products to SNE without prior contact. The product must be returned at the purchaser's expense to SNE and shipping insurance is encouraged. SNE is not responsible for shipping damage. Please send the returned item to the address shown on the contact us section of the website.

We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you place an order or enter, submit, or access your personal information.
We offer the use of a secure server. All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our Payment gateway providers database only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential.
After a transaction, your private information (credit cards, financials, etc.) will not be stored on our servers.
Do we disclose any information to outside parties?
